ERKATA (እርካታ/To Satisfy): is a coffee & spice blend of Ethiopian cinnamon, cloves, cardamon and roasted Buna Tetu coffee beans for a delicious cold brew mix.
Blended specifically for a cold brew in a summer day to quench your thirst, excite your taste buds and keep you caffeinated.
Delivered as a course ground so all the juices can be carefully extracted, all you need is a jar and a running fridge to indulge in this blend.
We recommend a medium-dark blend for the smoothest flavor and caffeine extraction.
How to Brew:
Scoop 1 cup of ERKATA (እርካታ): Cold Brew Blend into a plunger or container
Pour 4 cups of cold water (filtered if possible) into the container
Let it cool in the fridge for at least 12hours.
Strain the coffee and get ready to drink!
You can keep the strained coffee in the fridge for up to a week
Add sugar and flowers as you please
